The selection presents six delicately crafted sweets in shades of green—pistachio, matcha, yomogi, and basil—elegantly accented with notes of lemon and mango, alongside four refined savory creations featuring Kyoto duck, sea bream, and domestic salmon, paired with seasonal ingredients such as Kujo leek, yomogi, and broad beans.
