MUNI French KAISEKI
Journey Through the Seasons with Cuisine
Innovative French Gastronomy
Rooted firmly in French culinary techniques, our cuisine weaves together the seasonal beauty of Japan, the 24 seasonal divisions, and the ingredients of Kyoto. We offer a 10–13 course menu that follows the graceful progression of kaiseki, from amuse‑bouche to dessert. The menu is renewed with each seasonal division, expressing the flavors, aromas, and colors unique to that moment in time.
