MUNI 餐厅决定从 2025 年 8 月 1 日（星期五）至 9 月 30 日（星期二）闭店整修，以便进一步发展餐厅。

重新开放计划于 10 月 1 日星期三开始供应晚餐。

餐厅的重建将提供一个全新的烹饪世界，追求前所未有的理念和食材的融合，同时尊重 MUNI 餐厅过去的特色。

The unique scenery surrounding the hotel as well as the elegant harmony of its architecture and its peaceful garden make Muni Kyoto a one of its kind hotel. After five magnificent years under the helm of Ducasse Paris, its restaurant is now opening a new chapter.

From August 1 st , guests will discover an entirely new style of cuisine yet always perfectly in tune with the unique spirit of the hotel.
